Screening

If your CV and responses meet our criteria, you will proceed to an initial competency-based telephone interview with a member of our team. If you’re not a good fit for this role we will let you know.

Assessment

Following a successful initial interview, you will gain access to our training platform and be invited to participate in a final interview to confirm your suitability for the role.

Hire

You will attend an interview with the employer to determine your final placement. Regardless of the outcome, reaching this stage places you at the top of our list for future opportunities.

Training

You can opt to continue your training, working towards employer-required Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and/or attaining membership in the industry’s top regulatory schemes.

The recruitment process starts with an initial screening where we match your application to the employer’s basic requirements, such as having a driver’s license. You will then undergo a two-stage interview with our KRS team to assess your suitability. If successful, you’ll be referred to the client for a potential interview.

Please note, that employers may request a short video with some personal insights. Additionally, depending on the role, you may choose to complete a short training program for insight into the position and related legislation.

We can only accept applications from candidates who are eligible to work in the UK, as we do not sponsor work visas. If you secure a position with us, please be prepared to provide your original passport or other documents verifying your right to work in the UK.

For an interview or video submission, employers expect you to wear full business attire, presenting yourself as professionally as possible. Focus on dressing for business rather than fashion. Options include smart shoes, a suit (or a plain shirt if a suit isn’t available), and a tie, or a dress or blouse paired with dress pants or a skirt. Ensure your appearance is polished, with a neat haircut, polished shoes, and minimal jewellery.

We will keep you informed of your application status at each stage of the process, whether successful or not. If you reach the interview stage, we actively seek detailed feedback from the employer to share with you. If you’re not successful initially, you can choose to have us retain your details so we can alert you to relevant job openings in your area. Meanwhile, we offer courses designed to enhance your employability and improve your prospects.
